Hi myself gowtham,I am using windows 8 O.S and I am facing lot of problems from past 4 days don't know why this is happening may be due to virus.
I will list out my queries please help on these issues:
1)While opening Local disk c it is coming as Access denied and while trying to give permissions in security tab there also access denied and showing Unable to display current owner even though i logged in as administrator.I am not able to change owner or anything related to c drive as it is coming errors and access denied for everything
2)In RUN mode when I am opening CMD as administrator then it is not opening but if i open normally it is opening and here also whatever command i give related to C drive it is showing access denied.
3)while installing any software error is coming and same for uninstall also.
4)While Installing Windows Updates also it is throwing errors.
4)I tried to Refresh ,Reset to Factory state and Restore to earlier state but no use all ways are not working.
I tried all ways but no use this problem not solved.So please anyone help me on this queries.I think this is happening due to virus as I am using AVG antivirus and tried to scan but no use scan also not working.While I am trying to Install new anti virus it is not allowing to install.
