Windows 11 While watching youtube on my pc my ethernet just cut out randomly. It has never done this in the past.

I tried everything; restarting my pc and router, resetting network settings, cmd commands to reset stuff, but the same cable works fine on my laptop. When i plug it in, it doesn’t blink or do anything of the sort. My pc is a custom so i can’t go through the manufacturers site either. If anyone could help that would be highly appreciated
