Windows 11 White/Black Line In Screenshot; Snipping Tool. Films & TV Apps.

I use OBS - a video recording software - to capture .mkv files from an external source (a gaming console). I then want to capture a specific screenshot from the .mkv file, so I do this:open .mkv file in "Films & TV" app > WIndows + Shift + S > Window Snip > a "Snipping Tool" notification appears in taskbar , I press it > In "Snipping Tool" I right-click copy > paste the screenshot to, say, Discord (a messaging app) > there's a white diagonal line on the right side of the pasted screenshot.It's important to mention that this only happens with the "Window Snip" option, and
