Windows 11 White dots appear on my screen in specific apps

I bought my laptop around 1.5 years ago. Since its arrival, it had this glitch. I am thinking it is a GPU errorThe specs are: Intel Core i7-11800H, 16GB DDR4 RAM, Nvidia RTX 3060 Laptop GPU, Integrated GPU: Intel UHD Graphics
