Windows 10 White Rectangle Box on Desktop Screen

I have an issue that most of the time when I start my computer, either rebooted or which was locked, I see a small rectangle box (sometimes two boxes or one) in my Desktop screen which is the screen where there is the wallpapers and icons. It appears anywhere on the Desktop screen and sometimes it does not appear at all. The main things is it hides all the desktop icons and I have to click on that box to show the icons. Is there a way to solve this problem ? Below is the screenshot of the white transparent or translucent rectangle box which will be sometimes two boxes or sometimes one box. Please note my Operating system is Windows 10.
