Windows 11 Whole system lag, most noticable in games, fps stuck forever on 8fps across all of them.

I'm using a Lenovo laptop with and the following specs:- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU- intel core ultra 5 125H (18 cores)- 32gb of RAM- Windows 11Long story short, i was playing a game of "Enlisted" (while using just the battery power) when suddenly my performance tanked from 70fps to 8fps. After closing the game i noticed my battery was at 4% so I figured that the battery saving mode was the culprit just trying to prevent the laptop from running out of power, however after i fully charged my battery the problem continued, changing and/or disabling various power/battery settings didn't h
