Windows 11 Why am I being asked to sign in and to file explorer when I’m already signed in with my Microsoft account .

Before I say anything, I’m going to say this, I’m already signed in with my Microsoft account, and no, not locally, with my Microsoft account which spans the whole Internet, so why is it asking me to sign into file explorer when I’m already signed in? I’m about to throw this computer off of a 10 story building. And if you’re questioning, if I’m really signed in or not, I wouldn’t be able to make this post unless I was.
