Windows 10 Why am I getting BSOD errors when I'm using 2 sticks of RAM, but it works fine with one?

Hi,So I've been getting 3 different types of BSOD ("KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE", "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD", and "ATTEMPTED WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY"). I haven't really changed anything with computer since getting these BSOD, besides maybe moving around some stuff within my File Explorer, specifically moving my downloads folder from my C to D drive. To troubleshoot, I've ran MemTest86 with both sticks of RAM (in both combinations of RAM slots) and both gave me errors, specifically with the third bit. For example, MemTest would expect 00000000 and get 00100000. However, when I ran MemTest
