Windows 11 Why am I having windows logon user interface app crashes every time I logon or restart my pc after downloading windows 11

I can log on every day fine, but in the view reliability screen it shows every time i logon or restart I have an window user interface app crash. In the event viewer it shows id 4726 a user account was deleted account name default user 100001 and 4634 an account was logged off font drive host\umfd-1. I ran a net user list in command prompt and have attached it to this message. I am the only user owner of my pc and i login with my microsoft account. My account shows administrator under my email address when you go to settings and account info. I have even tried resetting my computer but it did
