Windows 11 Why am I receiving kernel errors and numerous others on a clean install of Win 11 Home

So I’ve obviously been hacked (I have no admin control, programs and apps change formats or are deleted entirely. They froze my hard drives and I believe encrypted them so I no longer have access to them just my 1TB m.2 that came with the pc when I bought it, I added the other drives), all brand new) I have discovered a root.kit installed on devices now and on my gaming desktop I tried to do a clean wipe of the hard drives and (2xM.2 1TB & 2TB, 1TB SSD, 2TB HDD) running an i5-13400F RTX 4060 32GB DDR5 RAM.
