Windows 10 Why am I unable to update Windows 10?

A copy of my Windows update information is reproduced above. When I select "Check for Updates", it goes away and thinks about it then tells me "You device is missing important security and quality fixes". I know that, but why?It refuses to update and I am unable to turn off the "Pause Updates for 7 days " option.My operating system information is:Mike Smith
