Windows 11 Why am I unable to view videos via phone link? Is this privacy setting related, or something else?

Windows phone link on my PC isn't showing videos when I receive them via SMS. While on my PC, I am able to receive photos just fine through Windows phone link, but when someone (including myself) sends a video through SMS, it displays an "!", with a message that says "view this content on your mobile device". I have given permissions to my phone through phone link. I do have windows media player installed on the PC. Windows version: 10.0.22621, phone link version: 1.23082.131.0 Thank you for any help in advance.
