Qué Tal Spanish Language Program

It is 2023, yet in order to type in an accent on a letter using an English keyboard you have to contort your hand into a weird combo of multi-buttons, or memorize alt codes, or have a cut-and-paste setup somewhere. I have a lot of emails I write in Spanish, yet I struggle with finding the right way to type an accent. Even when I turn on the recognize Spanish words, it then tries to change everything into a Spanish word. I don't want independente, I want independent, for example. We need to fix this and make it more usable. Are there options out there?
