Windows 10 Why are my apps that require my voice randomly stopping for no reason and don't pick up any sound?

Why is my Windows 10 Dell laptop not recording my voice for longer than 7 minutes, it also is the same for zoom just not the time. When I use zoom it goes for a while then randomly acts like I'm not talking. The same thing for the built-in recording tool, after 7 minutes it just decides that I'm not there anymore and doesn't pick up any sound. I've already tried updating my drivers, restarting my computer, and checking for any additional updates in case one of them would fix my problem. System info: Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎4/‎8/‎2023 OS build 19045.3208 Experience Win
