Windows 11 Why are there 164,841 items in user \dodge\searches\everywhere file folder in File Explorer. I did not put them there.

Why are there 178 items in user\dodge\searches\indexed locations file folder? Talk about storage problems. I have never saved anything to this searches file folder. Why are there 164,841 items in user \dodge\searches\everywhere file folder[BB1] ? I don’t even know what those system files are for. I never use the searches file folder, so I don’t know who is dumping all the **** in dodge. I just happened to open the file folder today and discovered all these items.
