Windows 10 Why are there malicious files in the directory C:\Windows\Setup\Scripts\bin of my PC?

I have a very old ASUS laptop on which I got a new software about an year ago. Recently I did a full system scan and found about 3 malicious files in this directory- C:\Windows\Setup\Scripts\binThough only 64.dll was detected by Quick Heal I found that A64.dll and x86.dll were also detected as malicious by VirustotalI want to know what are these files and is it safe to remove them?
