Windows 11 Why are two PCs in the same house and same ethernet connection getting massive differences in download speeds.

Me and my brother are both installing the new Fortnite update and I am getting download speeds of 1-8m/s and he is getting speeds of 20-40m/s. We both are connected to ethernet and we both have the same NVME drives in our computers.
