Why are windows devices not fully shutting down this week?Not shutting down when asked to shut down - from windows ; Not shutting down when asked to shut down - power button ; Not shutting down fully ? ; not waking up fully ?; not sleep correct?Not shut down - ask to shutdown and not fully shut down ; shut down from button and not fully shut down ; Boots back to login and can't ; not accept details ; not accept change of details ; not shutting down to start afresh.Boots back to login and not accepting any details entered.
