Windows 10 Why are you screwing up the operation of my Quicken program?

I have never had a problem opening Quicken. Now it won't open because, I understand, of "syncing" Windows is doing to the files related to Quicken. Please fix it immediately. I will never buy another PC but switch to Apple if you treat customers this way.
