I was at work all day yesterday, and I come home to my computer in a blue screen loop.I do some research online and try to get it into safe mode. The system will not allow me to.I run the diagnostic and wait 4 hours and everything passes with flying colors- no hardware problems at all.I call Windows support and thats where the insanity begins.The "technicians" tell me that since I didnt have "protection" on my computer, the new update (THE UPDATE THAT I WASNT EVEN HOME TO ACCEPT OR WANT, MIND YOU) has corrupted my drivers and Windows needs to be reinstalled and that will cost me $170.So let
