Dell Laptop. Windows 11For some reason, last night, my WiFi became WiFi 2. It wouldn't connect to any networks, it wouldn't let me turn on Wifi, and it also brought up things labelled Ethernet 2 and Cellular 18. When deleted, these drivers somehow returned to my computer, and I couldn't find the original Wifi drivers, even with the hidden setting off. No other troubleshooting worked, so I got desperate and performed a factory reset on my computer. Now that it is reset, it refuses to let me turn on wifi. There is no option to turn it back on.
