Windows 11 Why can’t I connect to my school WiFi?

I’ve messed with every setting, followed every tutorial, it’s not helping. Please don’t give me instructions, just tell me what’s wrong. It’s not a weak WiFi, I just don’t receive ANY connection. I can’t use my phone’s hotspot. Is it the internet or my laptop? Is it the way my laptop is made? What is keeping me from getting a connection like everyone else? They all use school Chromebooks. Please help!!!!
