Windows 11 Why cant i download microsoft gaming services?

Hi,I have been having an issue regarding microsoft gaming services. When i opened the minecraft launcher it gave an weird message, so i decited to reinstall the minecraft launcher. Now i cant install it anymore because gaming services is not downloaded on my laptop for some reason. when i try to download gaming services in the xbox app it gives me an error code after a while (0x8007007e). i can now no longer play Minecraft. i would like to get this fixed as fast as possible!
