Windows 10 Why can't I get into OneDrive so I can remove documents you threw in the trash without permission

Microsoft put my OneDrive documents in the trash and states if I don't remove it within 30 days it will be deleted permanently; however, it will not send me a pin so I can't remove them from the trash;Microsoft will state when I ask for help; oops there is a problem;Microsoft tracks me more that 65 times, in one week, why?
