Windows 11 why can't I install xbox app?

Today I wanted to download a game from the Xbox app but it said I need to update. It navigated to the Microsoft Store, but the Microsoft Store gave me an error code and I couldn't update or download anything. I then downloaded the xbox app installer from your site, but when I tried to install it, I got the error "0x80070490". I tried resetting the microsoft store but it didn't help. I do not know what to do.
