Windows 11 Why can't I move the Notification Position from the bottom right of the screen to wherever I want?

HelloI would really like to move the Notification location. Having it where it is really causes problems when on other websites. They often have confirmation buttons around that area and it's really annoying when a notification appears.This feels like it should be a standard option to move a notification position to wherever I like.
