Windows 11 why cant I open some apps like task manager registry editor and also why is my file explorer keep crashing when i click on a folder c drive or anythin

Hello, I can't get into some of my apps on my main account I try numbers things but I keep getting errors. I tried sfc/scan now DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image / ScanHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth it says it is fine but it not its still didn't fix my corrupt files or anything. Also, File Explore is stuck on working on it and loading whenever I click on my c drive or file like download or my d drive I cant get into any file cant even right click it just crashes what I did to try and fix that was was to go to indexing
