Windows 10 Why can't I pin an Android app on my phone to WIndows Start using the Phone Link app

Here is my environment:Laptop:Win 10: 21H2 OS Build 19044.2130Phone Link: 1.22072.207.0Phone:Samsung Galaxy A50: Android 11 with all available updates and security patches appliedLink to Windows service: 2.5.02.7Link to Windows app: 1.22072.310.0I'm trying to pin an app on my Android phone to my Windows Start menu or taskbar.But, when I right click on an app that appears on the "Apps" selection at the top of the Phone Link app on my laptop all I have is two options."Add to favorites" (which works fine) and "Open" (Which opens the app on my Android phone. A GOOD thing.)But I don;t see any
