Windows 10 Why can't I play spider solitaire on EASY level? Paid account.

I have a paid account for microsoft solitaire - so why don't I get to select the medium or easy level? The only options that can be selected is Hard through Expert. I can succeed at the hard level but it takes a lot of concentration. When I'm working - sometimes I want to play a fast - no effort game to clear my head. I get so frustrated having to play half way through Hard games looking for an easier round. The only way I can play an easy level is with the daily games. It says this level isnt available for this deck type- yet you have those levels in the daily games. How do I set it to easy l
