Windows 11 Why cant i remove different mails that log into the same account?

hello,Today i have changed my microsoft account email from hotmail.com to @outlook.com. I removed hotmail.com as an alias but i somehow can still use it to log into my outlook account en when i try to sign it off it removes both accounts. i need help
