Windows 10 Why can't I see incoming text messages from one of my contacts in the Phone Link application on my desktop and laptop computers?

To whom it may concern,My problem is simply this:I have linked my android phone to both my desktop and laptop computers, using the Link for Windows (on my android phone) and Phone Link (on my two computers) applications. For ONLY ONE of my contacts, I am receiving text message notifications ONLY, and not the actual incoming text messages (on my two computers, via Phone Link). The only way I can see their incoming text messages is on my android phone, so I have to go to my phone any time I receive a text message notification from them (on either of my two computers, via Phone Link).
