Windows 11 Why cant I see the Parental Controls button in the hidden icons panel

Hi there, I am a kid who likes to game a lot on steam, so I have to watch my parental controls (family safety app) on my computer, in case I lose any important stuff by logging me out. Today I asked my mom for more time (about 10 min ago) and I tabbed out of my game, I couldn't find it where it use to be (hidden icons) , I don't know the specific website for Family safety and could someone help me? Also it seems as half the time it does not go through and I end up being locked out, please help
