Windows 11 Why can't I turn on my Real-time protection on my device? Please Help!

Help me please!I cannot activate the real-time protection on my device since last night. It says 'You're using other antivirus providers' but there is no other antiviruses installed. I tried a lot to fix this but it won't. Can someone please help me with this problem? I'm worried.
