Windows 11 Why can't I use Ctrl+Alt+N to run my programs when my keyboard input is ENG IN..?

It was working just fine earlier but suddenly the next day it started showing accented n instead of running my code which was very annoying as some solutions online say that I should change the input type to ENG US, if so why is this discrimination that I can't use the shortcut as ENG IN is very similar to ENG UK and if not pls suggest a way to rectify the issue..
