Windows 11 Why cant I use my personal account anymore? Ive factory reset my pc many times before and have never had this problem.

The startup screen for the windows 11 install says “Let’s set things up for your work or school”, even though it’s a personal computer. I would really like to speak to a real person about this as soon as possible, since this error makes my pc just an expensive paperweight. Thanks!
