Windows 11 Why did my Asus Vivobook X15027A suddenly lose internet connection and fail to detect the network adapter driver?

yestarday i was using my Asus Vivobook X15027A and suddenly my computer lost internet connection, and the internet icon was disabled, unable to detect any other network connections, it gave me an error saying "you're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test", i tried reinstallig the network adapter driver, but it can't even detect it, i checked for hardware issues, but there are no hardware problems, if anyone could kindly help me, thank you
