Windows 10 Why did some Desktop Icons disappear after adding and logging in with a 2nd account?

I have added a second account to my Laptop and when I logged into my first (local) account, some of my shortcuts disappeared. I haven't deleted anything before or after adding the new account and there's nothing in the recycle bin either on neither accounts.
