I work in IT support for my organization, and we've encountered an issue with the November 2023 Windows update (KB5032189). More than 10 devices have been affected, with the problem being that these devices spend approximately 2 hours on the "Getting Windows ready" loading screen, and there's no percentage displayed. This update is taking longer than usual. Is this a known issue, and if so, could you provide some insight into why it's taking longer than usual? Thank you.
