Windows 11 Why did Windows 11 desktop SCALE / SCALING change sizes?

I always keep my main monitor at 175% display scaling. This gives me exactly 12 rows of icons.Yesterday I noticed that the same 175% display scaling now only has 11.5 rows of icons (effectively 11). I have multiple desktop icons that have shrunken images, and other graphical glitches related to display scaling.I have used DDU to perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of graphic driver.What is going on? Is anyone else experiencing this?
