Windows 11 Why did windows deactivate when I updated my BIOS?

I originally had a windows 10 digital license. A month or so ago I transferred it to a new computer (using the "I changed hardware recently" option). On the new computer I updated to windows 11.I then started getting bluescreens. Looking through BIOS updated I found one of them fixed what seemed like the problem. Updating my BIOS fixed the problem, but it then booting into windows I found it deactivated. All the details it gave was that my hardware was changed (error code: 0xC004f211)I tried the "I changed hardware recently" option, but it says it was "Unable to Activate Windows." I also tried
