Windows 11 Why didn't the email send?

There might be private information that I don't want to post but I need a way to send the details that I saw when I clicked on "show details". It wouldn't even go in the sent folder.And it's not Hotmail, but I tried to send it with Windows Mail and I got a reply from Windows but that didn't appear except with Windows Mail.
