Windows 10 Why do gaming companies assume MS is the problem?

Hi! I play a game called wwe 2k23.. It crashes on their upload section of the game. Their agent told me to do all this dxdiag, memory check, the whole shebang.I sent all that, they said it was the radar that was the problem.There's no FKN way that this computer is the problem but leave it to 2k to say "It's impossible to be wrong on our side." The actual problem is that it's the ONLY thing that crashes. I have games that are far more demanding on this computer and it only happens on WWE 2k23's internet side.
