Windows 11 Why do i get a log file on startup of my laptop.

Please help with the below.Log Files Saved Under My User Files:- Jan(With no extention)- Jan_000_vcRuntimeMinimum_x64.log- Jan_000_vcRuntimeMinimum_x86.log- Jan_001_vcRuntimeAdditional_x64.log- Jan_001_vcRuntimeAdditional_x86.logOpened the Jan file in Note++ and got the following(Looks like a C++ error):[7EB8:61A4][2022-12-12T07:46:47]i001: Burn v3.10.4.4718, Windows v10.0 (Build 22621: Service Pack 0), path: C:\WINDOWS\Temp\{B0B55508-1CAF-4FD5-8BC1-56AF0ED11DD9}\.cr\VC_redist.x64.exe [7EB8:61A4][2022-12-12T07:46:47]i009: Command Line: '-burn.clean.room=C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Pa
