Windows 10 Why do I get a message saying "this site cannot be reached" when I try to access anything assoicated with my college websites / email?

Why do I get a message saying "this site cannot be reached" when I try to access anything assoicated with my college websites / email? I already contacted the College IT Department, and they cannot figure it out. I only have this problem on Windows OS. It works fine on my chromebook. I already cleared cookies, DNS cahce, etc... Any other tips?
