Windows 11 Why do I get JavaScript error prompts when I open canva?

I was about to use Canva yesterday but a JavaScript error occurred so I thought I'll just use it the day after. I tried opening it today but it still has the JavaScript error. I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help either. Our internet connection is okay and the app also works well on my phone. What could be the solution for this?
