I have to do a fresh install of windows because the drive that windows 10 was on died. I know the problem isn’t my processor, because the windows website listed the i7-8700 as being compatible. I have 32 gigs of ram. I have a 2 terabyte and 3 terabyte drive with more than enough space space, and a 500gb ssd that is brand new with nothing on it. I have a 1080ti graphics card. I have a 2k monitor. I am in UEFI mode, I have enabled safe boot, and am using TPM 2.0. From everything I can find online, I am now at a complete loss as to what it could be.
