Windows 10 Why do I get this .NET Framework unhandled exception for a value not found in the expected range error?

As you can see by the image I included, I have run into this Microsoft .NET Framework error. The error code included the unhandled exception occurred at the native.excelfunctions trygetparentworkbook(). It was expecting an int32 argument. The problem starts after I run this windows task scheduler daily, where at the same time every day the task scheduler runs a python script that refreshes and saves one of our Excel workbooks with a bunch of queries & connections.
