I ran the "netstat -an" command and noticed that I have numerous ports established with YouTube and I have no browsers open. Should I be concerned?

I also noticed that I have several other ESTABLISHED connections to various IP address. I checked a few by entering the IP address in a browser and get "{"error":"Content type is not: applicaton/json; charset=utf-8"}" Again, should I be concerned?
