Windows 11 Why do I have to constantly restart my computer to make my OneDrive sync with my computer?

I have a new computer (laptop/PC) with Windows 11. My OneDrive no longer automatically syncs with my computer. When I start the app, it has trouble signing in, often saying it doesn't think I'm online when I am. I never had this problem with my last laptop. Currently it is just spinning on sign in and saying one drive isn't connected when I click on my notification icon (which doesn't show up at all unless I physically go into apps and open one drive after resting for a while). Restarting my computer fixes the problem. Drivers are up to date.
