Windows 11 Why do I have to disable my ethernet connection in order to use phone hotspot?

Suddenly under Windows I have to disable my ethernet connection in order for my hot spot on my phone to work. Never had to do this until Windows 11.Is this normal?Settings -> Network & Internet -> Advanced Network Settings and disable:EthernetLinksys | Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller
